I stumbled across this cake while looking for recipes. It is the most horrid cake I have seen yet. I cannot imagine who would enjoy eating it.

Please view at your own peril. And not if you have just eaten.

Sorry, couldn't keep it to myself. icon_eek.gif

Can anyone shed light on who would eat this? Or why you would make it?

Have to agree that's pretty gross. It has been around for awhile. My guess guys 13+ would find it hilarious. icon_twisted.gif

HEY!!!! I made one of those! AND IT WAS GREAT! check my pics..LOL It was a gag cake. My neighbors raved about it and snatched up the nuggetts because I made them from chocolate truffle filling. WE all had a great laugh!
Edit to add I didn't use that recipe. Just my usual yummy cake and made the litter from RI that I colored grey and chopped up once dry and sprinkled on top.

I believe some of our members on here have made that and posted pictures. Maybe it's because I've had a cat and had to clean those things out--- ick!

It is amazing how much smell adds to a food experience. When I have a cold and cannot smell, even my favourite foods are BLAH.

Just looking at the picture, you think it is a kitty litter tray. But if it were in front of you then you may be tempted.

We made one giant one to give out at our Student Association at my college this past halloween, definitely got mixed reviews haha. Some people loved it and thought it was too funny, well other's wouldn't even look at it, let alone think about taking a 'slice'. haha.

This cake would be great for a Vet or Animal Hospital or something of that nature, yeah it does look weird, but how different is it than the toilet cake??? Now who do you give that one too? Someone with bowel problems? You definately have to give these type of cakes to people who have a sick sense of humor or a STRONG tummy, lmao!!!!!!

Another CCer(I can't recall who though) made one for April Fool's Day...her kids had no idea and thought she'd lost her mind when she began fussing at them about not cleaning the litter box...she acted like she went stark raving mad(I may be exaggerating a tad)...as she's getting closer to them with the litter box, she goes 'insane' and eats one of 'em or forces the son to eat one of 'em(the turds, that is)...I can't remember the details but I do remember it was hilarious! After they realized(I think there were other kids with them as well) it was a joke, they dug in...some still having issues with the doodies...
