Banana Filling That Needs No Refrigeration

Does anyone have a really good recipe for this? We are deep in the heat of Texas and need something that will hold up. Thanks!

you can fried the bananas with butter, unnil they are soft, then add sugar and cinnamon to taste, and maybe some cornflour to make (I don´t know how to say) like a pudding consistency

do you have access to bettercreme or frostin pride? if so you could use that and mix in some banana pudding mix. do they have banana extract? if so add that too!

I've tried that with other pudding flavors and turns out wonderfull!!!

Those are great ideas! Do you mix in the pudding after you've whipped thwe Bettercream? Also, what is the ratio of pudding to liquid Bettercream? Thanks again!!!!
