I never freeze my cakes but I have come to a snag in my plans and need to freeze a cake for a week and need to know if I should freeze it iced or uniced.
Your thoughts will be helpful Thank you!

I freeze all mine unfrosted. Just wrap them really well in a few layers of saran wrap followed by a layer of tinfoil icon_smile.gif

Hi, I have frozed cakes with the filling, but not iced. I'm sure you can freeze an iced cake but see what the other decoraters say. icon_smile.gif

LOL @ frozed. That's cute. icon_biggrin.gif

You can freeze your cake with icing on it. Just let it come to room temperature and allow any condensation to evaporate before decorating. icon_smile.gif
