Does anyone have a secret for keeping cupcake liners from curling in when the batter is put in? I find that pouring the batter into the center and using the better quality liners seem to help, but does not solve the problem completely. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have never noticed that happening. I'll have to pay more attention the next time I make cupcakes!

The problem is, the liners fan out wider than the pan. When you add batter, they can't help but curl around it. Here's how to solve the problem... Store your cupcake liners in a narrow cup that hugs the liners without misshaping them. When you go to use them, they'll drop right to the bottom of the pan because they're no longer fanned out.
