I'm looking for alphabet cookie cutters....the only ones I have been able to find are the ones at Micheal's but there are plastic. I live in Canada so we don't have a hobby lobby or jo-ann's so micheal's is it for us...so are the plastic cookie cutters any good?

They are okay...most of the cutters I get are from Ebay or cookie cutter companies like ...

I've used the plastic ones, and they work just fine. I don't use them enough to justify buying different ones, especially when there hasn't been a problem with the plastic.

I found a great set of number and letter cookie cutters at Winners (I also live in Canada). They come in a metal lunchbox style package. Of course with anything at Winners you can't always guarantee you'll find the same thing twice, but I've seen the same set at a number of stores.

My DH got me a really great metal set(packed in a nice tin) at Kohl's from Food Network.

Can you shop off the Food Network Canada as we can in the States?
