Hi All!

I have made some chocalate sea shell molds from the wilton candy melts and wilton candy molds. I was wondering should I store them in the fridge? Would they melt if I kept them in a air tight container?

Thank you

I don't use Wilton, but I do use Ghiradelli melting chocolate and I think it is about the same thing. I never put mine in the refrigerator. I think I've read (probably more than once) that you aren't supposed to. Hopefully someone will pipe in here who knows more than I do, but I think that you want to keep them cool and out of direct sunlight. They should be fine.

How long do you need to store them for?
