I would really like to try a chocolate fondant cake for a party coming up in a couple of weeks. I would like to try to find a recipe instead of ordering some, since I'm not making any money on it. Does anyone have a recipe that works?

I love Michelle Foster Fondant. It's really yummy and easy to work with. I roll it out to about 1/8" thickness for covering cakes.

to turn the original recipe into into chocolate MFF, I mlet 6 oz of bittersweet chocolate (70% cocoa) and intensify the flavor by replacing some of the powdered sugar with cocoa (i just eyeball the amount of cocoa).

Here's the link.
