I just made my first fondant cake (yippee!) and have quite a bit of fondant left over. I have another cake I am planning to make in 3 days - question: can I use the fondant overage in 3 days and if so, do I store in fridge, freezer, room temp?
Thanks for the help. I've found so much here that helped me with cake number one

Wrap it in 2 layers plastic wrap (tightly) and then in an airtight container/bag at room temp. It will be just fine icon_smile.gif

Yep, I've kept it well-wrapped for longer than a few days and it always comes out fine. icon_smile.gif
