Is there a way to keep buttercream from sticking to the board on top of it in a tiered cake? I hate that the icing from the bottom tier always sticks to the board above when I take the board off when serving. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

Try dusting the buttercream with a little powdered sugar before you put the top tier on.
