I got the date wrong and baked a 1/2 sheet chocolate cake 2 weeks early.
I wrapped it in press and seal and then in heavy duty alum foil and put it in the freezer. Will it be okay to decorate and deliver in 2 weeks? I sure hope so cause I don't know what I'll do with it otherwise. Take it to my weight watchers meeting? icon_lol.gif

They should be fine as long as they are wrapped well.

As long as you've wrapped it well it will be fine.
(Don't you know that all the grocery store cakes come in frozen like that.) icon_lol.gif
I do this myself when I don't have time to bake and decorate in the same two days.

I freeze all the time....some say it's even better & nobody ever knows the difference. I always try to plan ahead so I can freeze at least a few days, 2 weeks is not a problem at all or even 1 month.
