I need to make black roses for a cake and was just wondering if I could make them the night before? They will be buttercream.
And if so, where's the best place to store them?

Thanks for all the help. thumbs_up.gif

I make mine days in advance and store them on the counter.

Absolutly...I try to make as much in advance as possible. Work a full time job, so don't have all the free time I would like to have...

I make mine a few weeks ahead but I store them in the fridge because they are easier to handle when they are cold.
