I am new!! I am wondering if anyone knows how much a 32oz carton of bettercream whips up.

icon_biggrin.gif I would be very grateful for an answer.

I am decorating a birthday cake for my daughter and the wilton buttercream recips calls for 7 3/4 cups of frosting for this cake. They are always extremely generous with their quantities but I want to use to last carton of bettercream in my freezer. I have 3 10"layers and I want to frost in between all layers and have enough for LARGE rosettes on the top.
I've only used the bettercream once before and I can't remember how much I got out of it!!!

It should tell you on the carton. I've used Pastry Pride (almost the same) and it always stated how much one cup of liquid would yield when whipped. HTH
