Help, I'm new to sugarcraft, although I have the cutters and the stamens for the stargazer lillies, how do I make them out of sugarpaste..... I know I need to put the stamen's on the wire but my cutter is in single petals, unlike a rose cutter (I can do those) but what do I attach the single petals to. Do I need to make a 'blob' round the wire to begin? Any help would be aprrecitated. I'm not really thick. Just a beginner!

There is a tutorial in the articles section.

Having just made a stargazer lily, I think I can help you. You must use wire on each petal. Once they are all dried and shaped to your taste, you tape them together with florist tape. That's what "sticks" them together. Each stamen is done individually on their own wire. If you look at my lily in my gallery you will see a complete lilly with 3 leaves and 3 buds. Every item is on a wire and taped together.

Dust each dried piece individually and then tape together, shaping as necessary...

Hope that answers your question.
