There is a cake on bakemeacake.com. On the side of the tiers it looks like tooled leather. Does any one know how to do this? Is it an impression mat - I'd love to find one - is it someone who is unbelieveable talented?

Hi cakewalkky, can you post a link so as we can have a look for you?
I have a few impression mats - and love using them thumbs_up.gif
Would be interested in seeing *which* cake you are wanting to know about.

Hi Cakewalkky - welcome to Cake Central. The lady at Bakemeacake will answer your question directly. You can send her a private message here on CC, or go to her website. She's also on Youtube. Good luck!

Hi Marshmellow: I'm sorry, I was thinking of Tonedna also known by her website as Designmeacake.com It's a great website but not the one who made the cake referred to in this thread.

Here's a bump. I need a foolproof way to write a phrase or words on the side of a cake without screwing it up.

I got an email from Geraldine Kidwell - said the horses were impression roller most likely. I've been all over the internet looking for it. No luck. Please post here if you happen to run across it. Thanks
