Hello,

I just started to get the ingredients out to make a batch of WASC, but realized that I do not have any all purpose flour! I have both whole wheat flour and bread flour on hand...with either of those work, or will I need to make a trip to the store?

I never use anything but bread flour. It'll be fine!
