Okay last question and I promise I'll quit bugging everyone!
What is the best store bought fondant to use?
Which tastes and works the best?
I usually make my own but have been having humidity issues lately.

I think everyone will agree that Wilton is the worst. IMO chocopan is the best but you will different answers from different people. Jennifer Dontz (jennifermi) uses a semi homemade chocolate fondant that is suppose to be very good but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. The recipe is on her DVDs.

I buy Satin Ice. It has a good flavor and it's great to work with. It's expensive, but not as expensive as some of the other brands. I do really like Fondx, but it's more money than I want to shell out.

Satin Ice... for me it's the best combination of flavor, workability, and price. I've tried some more expensive brands that were really good, but not worth the extra cost, to me. I didn't care for the flavor or chocopan, but some people swear by it. Wilton should never be used... not on anything that you want people to eat, anyway!
