Start A Cake Business??

Hi Im new to Cake Central, I am interested in starting up a cake business from home initially, and looking for some advice! Has anyone done this before???

Tough in todays economy, but if you have a good product enough capital and patience it can be done!

I started with my cousin out of his home kitchen 21 years ago. We baked out of his kitchen for 2 years, then moved to the location we are at now.

3 years ago he was looking to sell, so I bought it and I opened my second location a year ago.

It's tough, but it can be done if you have the drive!

First you would want to find out if it is legal to have a home bakery depending on where you are in the states. Here is a link that can point you in the right direction.
