Hi everyone, I'm new. Not too long ago I was reading a thread about cake pricing, and someone gave a really nice little "speech" if you will, about why we (cake makers) are so much more than the "costco" grocery store, bakery etc. Why we're not even trying to compete with them. It was all about pricing yourself for your time, talent etc. It was SO well said. Does anyone know what I'm talking about. I really really need to find that thread/response. Thanks
