Just got the go-ahead to make my first topsy-turvy cake (3 sections); this will be my biggest cake ever, as well as most I have charged for ($250).

If any of you have done this, any words of advice? I will be delivering it the
day before the party, so plan on dowling the heck ot of it so it does not fall
over.

So excited!

Good for you, Deb! I'm planning to make my first topsy-turvy for my daughter's going-away party June 3rd. This youtube video makes it look very easy -- I watched it and I'm convinced that I can do it:

Please let us know how yours turns out, if you learn any tricks along the way, and certainly post pictures!!
