I use Marshmellow fondant, how long does it keep?
Does it need to be refrigerated, can it be kept in the pantry?

Hey, i am not actually sure of the maxium shelf life but when i made mine i stored it for 4 days. It might be good for up to a week but it might be even longer not sure . I covered in cling wrap, then an airtight clip lock bag and then in an airtight container in the pantry. When i needed to use it i just microwaved it a bit and kneaded it again. HTH till someone else can chime in icon_smile.gif

MMF actually lasts for a long time, in the pantry, if it is double wrapped in plastic wrap and bagged in an airtight bag. I have used it at about 6 weeks. If you can still knead and roll it, it is good to go. Dark colors seem to dry out the fastest. HTH

As Linedancer said, if you take care of it...you can use it for quite a while. At least a month to 6 weeks. I put a couple of layers of saran wrap on it, ziplock bag it, and then put it down in my old Satin Ice buckets.
