Whenever I do a cake I try to do something I've never done before, like airbrushing or transfers, or working with a new medium. Is there a technique or recipe that you'd like to try that you haven't done yet?

I'd like to try sugar blowing or sugar veil next.

Just curious... icon_smile.gif

Oh how cool!! I would love to take a class with a professional designer, too. Someday...if I ever win the lottery!

I would really like to try making chocolate transfers. The thought of all that melted chocolate terrifies me! I do love the way you can decorate a cake with them and totally edible too!
