I have to take a dessert to a meeting on Wedneday, and I'm tired of cake...Any suggestions? This is a Bridal Association dinner, so I don't want to stray too far away from cakes, siocne that's the reason I'm in the group, but I was thinking maybe a cheesecake? Does anyone have any ideas? Would pies be good? With scratch crust, of course

mmm a nice light lemony cheesecake mmm! or chocolate tart of some sort.
i dont know how far you travel, or if theres a freezer at the location, but maybe ice lollies, in 'adult' flavours, what ever they are, lol. or deep fried ice cream balls - sorry i dont have a recipe, i tried it when i was out and it was good! or chocolate ice cream balls.
