Hi I just bought a 15 pound tub of frozen Rich's bettercreme from Sam's today. I need to divide it up. Some of it I want to store frozen and some of it I want to put in the refrigerator.

Should I thaw it out first and then divide it and re-freeze the stuff I can't use right away or should I chop it up while it's frozen and divide it while it's still frozen?

Please help I'm so lost. I usually make my own whipped icing but I'm too busy this week.

TIA

I divide mine up while still frozen. Thaw overnight what you will be using within the next 7 days. Iced cakes can be frozen up to 14 days depending on the cake it's on. Details are on the bucket....
