Hi there,
I'm putting a quote together for an 45th anniversary cake and am proposing it to be a 6" round and 10" round stacked cake. Do I just figure out the servings and multiply it by the per serving price? I plan on it being buttercream with a lot of buttercream/royal icing florals (maybe a fondant rose here and there). Any thoughts and pics you might want to send along?
Thanks in advance,
Nicole

That is exactly what you would do... serving price X amount of servings. If it is alot of detail work with those buttercream flowers and fondant flowers you may want to add extra charges for them. Good luck! icon_smile.gif Sorry.. no pics ;D
