I am planning on making strawberry cake pops for our town's strawberry festival. The plan is the make a strawberry cake, crumble it, add strawberry BC, shape into strawberries and dip into white chocolate tinted red and finally decorate to look like a strawberry. My question - is this going to be too sweet. I thought about using a cream cheese frosting as the binding agent, but the event will be outside, so I scratched that idea. Suggestions????

Can you dip it in chocolate instead? Like chocolate dipped strawberries. That may take the sweetness away (semi-sweet chocolate). Then maybe drizzle white chocolate over it?

They sound yummy, though.

Good luck!

I thought about that, but wanted to highlight the strawberry itself. I may have to go that route. I would love other suggestions.

Any other suggestions. I have to make them this weekend and would really like to have some opinions before I make them to find it was an oops!!
