I am making a Chocolate fudge cake and need ideas for a filling? Any help would be great.

There are so many possibilities! Regular buttercream, mint buttercream, choc, white choc, custard, any kind of fruit (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), custard....

Raspberry goes very well with chocolate, and so do liqueurs like Khalua and Baileys. Coffee/espresso ganache would be faboo as well. I personally like chocolate mousse filling with my chocolate cake!

Ganache or peanutbutter ganache are my favs!

I'm making a PB filling to go with my chocolate cake this weekend. =o) Everyone gave great combo's though. Let us know which one you pick!

I ended up making silky peanut butter filling, and turned out great next time i will try a mocha or something like that. Thank you for all the help
