I Need Help Asap With My Icing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just made a batch of frosting that I got from cakery. It is a combo of Crisco and hi ratio with cream and half and half. I used sugarshacks method of mixing and it is full of air. Alot of it. What do I do? What didi I do wrong?

I'm not sure what you did wrong...but try this...try making another batch...and then using that batch AND the first one, fill the mixer until the icing completely covers the top of the beater, and then let it slowly mix until more smooth. If the icing totally covers the beater, it is not pulling in air from the outside.

The mixer bowl was completely full.
