Get The Look Of Water On The Top Of A Cake?????

I have two full size sheet cakes to do and on half of each cake I need the look of water. How do I get that look?????

Blue Piping Gel is what I would do. It can have a glassy water like look. HTH

Cakeymom, I've used piping gel; use icing color and spoon it onto the cake to give it the look of water flowing/waves... hope this helps.

Thats how I do it too! piping gel works great for this
