I made a few thousand one week... I use these cutters http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=17381 in different sizes. Rolled them quick with the round ball tool on some foam. http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=17236

I use these http://www.confectioneryhouse.com/product.php?productid=2205&cat=290&page=1 (sorry, could not find it on GSA) and just pop them in there to dry. It'll hold a nice shape. You can dust them and pipe centers while they are still in the cavities.

Thanks, I had no clue what it was, and someone asked me if I could make a totoro cake, I said sure. Thank goodness for google. I don't have kids so between wow wow wubzy, ben 10 and totoro if it weren't for the internet I'd be up a creek.
