Does anyone know how to half Michele Fosters Fondant recipe? I have tried and failed so if you have the exact recipe I would appreciate it! Thanks

good question, I was just thinking about that today. I want to try it for the first time, but don't want or need all that much

1/2 Michele Foster's Fondant Recipe

1/4 cup cream
3 tsp geletin
1/2 cup corn syrup
3 tsp butter
3 tsp glycerin
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt
1 3/4 lbs powdered sugar ( about 3 1/2 cups)

I've never tried this recipe can ayone tell me how good it is. Is it like mmf or better. Mmf is easy but I'm actually looking for something smoother to work with.
