I sure could use some help.
I am making a wedding cake for july 6. long story short, I already priced the cake and have a contract, ut now the bride decided that she does want sugar flowers instead of real ones. (i am so happy, i was worried about pesticides). So the problem is, I have made only a few flowers, I know how, so i am not worried about that, but i have no clue how many i need. Is there a formula for that? the cake is 16-14-12-10-8
I also have no clue how much to charge.
Any help? I am still new to the wedding cake thing.
Please give me any suggestions.
