Any suggestions on how to make the Academy Awards Envelope? I can't seem to find picture of the actual envelope so I'll wing it. It's for teacher appreciation week and the theme is the "Oscars." Thanks

Are you going to make it open or closed? If closed I would just use a flat piece if fondant/gumpaste then pipe lines to make it look like an envelope. Or you could start with the flat piece then add thin pieces of f/g and pipe around them to look like the envelope. If open, f/g sheets done ahead to harden and then "glue" them together to look like an open envelope. I;m pretty sure the envelopes look diff every year but not positive.
