Which do you like best 2 inch or 3 inch?

I prefer 2 inch by a MILE!

I like both....each for different reasons/uses. If I only had one choice, I would probably go with the 3" since I could fill it like a 2" pan or 3" pan. I often use a single layer of 3" that I split and fill for party cakes. I don't use them that way for weddings unless I'm going for very tall tiers. I do use the flower nails when I use the 3" pans for a 3" layer but not when I aim for the 2" finished size.
