I want a recipe for poured fondant or poured buttercream, please please Im making 50 plus cupcakes for this Saturday.

And also if I dont have a candy thermometer can I still do it?

I always use my thermometer but you can just go by dropping a drop in a glass of cold water and when if it turns into a soft ball, than it is the right temp. If you are not really use to this though I would go get a thermometer. They are only a few dollars.

I WANT TO THANK YOU LADIES FOR GIVING ME A HAND, I HAVE NEVER TASTED POURED FONDANT SO I WOULNT KNOW HOW GOOD IT IS BUT BASED ON INGRIDIENTS I WOULD ASSUME ITS PRETTY YUMMY .
