Does anyone have a recipe for a marble cake that can be carved? I have a few recipes but all say they are very moist. Thanks for the help!

i don't think that just because they are very moist you can't carve them....all of my cakes are moist and i carve them just fine!!!!

You can make a wasc cake or a nice pound cake, save a cup of the batter and mix in some cocoa. Marble it up...

It is not whether your cake is moist, it is where your cake is dense enough to maintain the shape when it is carved. You don't want a cake that will crumble.

I use a commercial mix, so I don't have a recipe for you. Hopefully someone will have one that they have tried.
