Hi all, can you tell me what cutters i need for carnations, mums, petunia's ect. Thank you

they all have their own cutters. in some cases you can modify other cutters and get good reults. i know someone has done a carnation from a garret frill cutter, so thats a help if you already have one.
go online to a supplier you like, and just search the particular flower, yu should get cutters from different brands.

Yes, depending on how accurate you want your flower to be there are many brands of each flower itself.
Wilton has a nice, inexpensive set that comes w/a instruction book for about $20-25. Otherwise you can buy each flower cutter individually from many different suppliers on-line. Have you checked out Global Sugar Art?
