Why Is It Dry?

hi there, i have just tried the jello fondant recipe found here on cc and um well it isn't really coming together icon_redface.gif would that be that it is too dry? it took alot of effort to get the entire amount of ps that is required my muscles are bulging icon_lol.gif

Can i save it?? TIA

Since I haven't seen the recipe, I'm not sure what the problem could be. My only suggestion is to knead in some glycerin. Work in small batches to make it easier to knead and only use very tiny amounts of glycerin.

The next time you make some, stop adding powdered sugar when it forms a ball. I'm guessing that it should be a soft ball rather than a rubber ball. icon_smile.gif
