I'm doing a bridal shower cake for a friend this weekend, and she wants carrot cake. The thing that bugs me is almost all cream cheese frostings I use are yellowish in color because of the butter. Does anyone have a recipe for a pure white cream cheese frosting?? Thanks!

if you add a small touch of violet to the frosting after you have made it the yellow will disapear. I just did this and it works great!
