Michele Foster's Fondant With White Chocolate Question...

I made the fondant and added white chocolate. It tasted INCREDIBLE!! But it was soooo sticky. I let it rest overnight in the fridge but it was still sticky. No matter how much powdered sugar I added, it still was very very sticky. I went and used it anyway and the texture didn't look smooth at all.

I know I did something wrong. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you guys so much.

Hi Meegh, I also made her fondant and had a little trouble with it. Michele has a Q+ A section regarding her fodant on her site [url]www.thesugarfixtoo.com.[/url] Im not sure what i did wrong but mine just crumbled. I think it might of been the humidity or something. I will try to make it again, hopefully this time it will turn out better than the last.

Don't refrigerate it and add more powdered sugar.
