I made sugarshack buttercream today and put it in the fridge to crumb coat tomorrow. I was thinking about doing crumb coat tonight so I set it out to come to room temp. It seems way to thick, not as creamy as her DVD buttercream.

Can I thin it out or is it too late? Any suggestions on what to use?

I would thin it out with the creamer/water mixture she uses. I don't think it's too late but I'm not quite sure. Good luck.

Give it a good stirring and add any liquid you want if it still seems too thick. It will be just fine.
