Hello all,I am experimenting with red velvet cupcakes for the first time,(4 myself) and wondering if i can substitute the white vinegar for apple cider vinegar.This is because I already have half a bottle of apple cider looking lonely on the table and do not feel like going to buy a new bottle. TIA
I would use the apple cider vinegar without hesitation! But then, I'll try anything once.![]()
I've been making this cake a few times. I'm making it for my daughter wedding. If you try it out I'd be interested in knowning if it changed the taste or not. If make half a batch just in case it doesn't turn out.
