I have been asked to make a 3-D elmo cake for a baby shower and have no idea where to start any suggestions?...

Look in the gallery under elmo. They have a ton of them, and then you could PM the decorator for instructions. I just did one that had a colorflow elmo popping out of the cake, but I don't know if that's 3-D enough. I saw a lot of sculpted ones that looked really cool.
