My cream cheese mints turned out really awful. They cracked. They stuck to the mold. I followed the directions.....except for putting each and every mold in the refrigerator to harden. Do you have to do this with every mold you complete??? I am practicing for an order at the first of May so I really need to get this right.

Sounds maybe like a bad formula--what did you use and do?
Mine just pop out of the mold--and what kind of mold did you use?
Mine are the squishy silicone ones.
I never fige mine to remove from mold.
To store yes I frige them.
