When pricing wedding cakes, how do you do it? For example, if you charge $2.25 per serving, do you include the top tier in your servings even though the bride takes it normally? I know you don't consider it in your serving size, but I was wondering if you added it into your price per serving. I hope I'm not too confusing. icon_redface.gif

I've never heard anyone bring this up and it's been a question I've had for a while.

Thanks for all the help!!

I would include it in the price. You are providing that cake for them, does it really matter when they eat it?

True jojo! I've been adding it in, I just wanted to make sure that's the way most people do it.

Thanks a bunch!!
