I have three cakes due on the same day. Two are small two tiers and one is a larger 4 tier, a replica of a cake I have already done. I was just wondering if I bake wed, decorate the two smaller cakes on thursday and then the bigger cake on friday, would all the cakes be ok? I can keep the two smaller cakes in the fridge until it is time to deliver? Please Help!!!

That's totally fine. I usually bake on Wed for cakes due Sat.

I usually bake on Thursday for a Saturday cake, but if I had to schedule it around something I have baked on Wedesnday. I think they will still be fine.

They will be just fine. Yes, you can keep them in the frig but it really isn't necessary.
