I've had a batch stay good for over a month. Just keep in a tightly sealed container so nothing can contaimate it. Enjoy!
PS: I LOVE CREAM CHEESE ICING!!!!

I would use it with no worries at all !
I posted 4-5 days before, but I myself have eaten it at least a couple weeks in the fridge!
