I stick to the even sized. I keep on hand a full set from tay lor foam .com (have to put spaces or the "minders" here on CC will block it. So, I order a set, 5 tiers, 14, 12, 10, 8 and 6" of square and a set of round. And all with the rounded edges. Pretty cheap, and they ship lightning fast!

Thank you for the advice. I didn't even think about rounded edges. Does this make a difference? Do I need to specify rounded or sharp edges?
