I made the popular cookies and then used a cutter to have that polish look, well now I have extras, what else can I make. This is for tommorrows family expo and they are having a hard time getting people to make things for the bake sale.

Cookie crumbs work as well as cake crumbs for cake balls/truffles.

I've used leftovers to make pie crust. Really easy (and tasty) with a no bake filling.

Cookie Crumb Crust

Cookies can be chocolate wafers, ginger snaps, vanilla wafers, graham crackers

1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs OR 1 cup graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup crushed granola
3-6 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/3 cup finely chopped nuts mixed with 2 tablespoons sugar OPTIONAL

Press into 9" pie pan; chill. You can reserve 1/4 to 1/3 cup crumbs to top the filling.

Cookie crumbs make fastastic sand. It pours like sand, looks like sand, and tastes great too.
