Does anybody have the footprint stensil? Or is there a cookie cutter you use for babyshower cakes? I plan to cut them out of fondant.

Wilton sells a plastic foot-shaped cookie cutter. It may be too big for on a baby shower cake, though.

I have a stamp stencil I got at Hobby Lobby that I use with blue or pink shimmer dust.
