Where I live there are three different brands of cake flour (Swans Dawn, Softasilk and Presto). I was told by one baker that Swans Dawn never works right and ruins recipes and another baker told me that she SWEARS by Presto. So now I'm a little hesitant as to which one to use. I guess its like picking between Pillsbury, Betty Crocker and Duncan Hines. I've learned here that it is almost unanimous that Duncan Hines is by far the worse cake mix...So my question is, which cake flour should I steer clear of???

Please help.
